Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room service was a nice convenience. the bed was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the large balcony and living room area in the room. the receptionists at the hotel were also very friendly.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom that was quite unpleasant. To make matters worse, someone knocked on my door to check if everything was okay even though I had put the Do not disturb sign out.

Convenient location, only 2 min walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and markets. Clean and well-furnished rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. Free airport pick-up service and good amenities.

I also loved the fact that Lancaster Eden bay was nearby, offering stunning views. The hotel staff provided outstanding hospitality and the service was top-notch. From room service to car hire, everything was taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed with modern amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to the airport, which was a great convenience. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this venue.

My stay at the hotel was excellent by all measures. The location was perfect, situated in a great area near the seaside and city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. We also loved the location, as it was close to the beach and within walking distance of landmarks like Alhamra. Additionally, the well-organized free airport pick-up and drop-off service was a great convenience.

Convenient location, just steps from the Corniche with restaurants and mini markets nearby. Clean and well-furnished room for a 4-star establishment. Friendly and helpful staff with the exception of one. Early check-in accommodated after an overnight flight. Smiley reception team. Nice breakfast and within walking distance to the Corniche and quaint restaurants.
